Natalie Welch graduated from University of Trier and is currently pursuing her PhD at University of Trier and University of Mannheim. She is a member of the Interdisciplinary Research Group Family Firms of the University of Mannheim. She researches gender equality in leadership and sustainability, using big data, supercomputer, and AI methods.
